Shipping Procedures

 

At dezireart, Novanebula Innovate Private Limited we prioritize efficient nationwide delivery facilitated by trusted shipping partners, who typically make two to three delivery attempts for your convenience. In case of delivery failure, we recommend contacting us to reschedule delivery.

 

Please note that we do not dispatch products on Sundays and holidays due to logistical constraints with our shipping partners. If a product or order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund for the purchase price, and we will not be held liable for the issue.

 

Transit Period

 

For domestic shipments, the courier service usually takes approximately three to eight (3-8) days to reach their designated destination.

 

Split Orders

 

In the event of ordering multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes on different days based on their availability and shipping locations. This approach enhances protection during transit, although it may result in multiple deliveries to your provided address.

 

Change of Address Requests

 

Once an order has been placed, address modifications cannot be accommodated. However, if changes are necessary, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will make every effort to assist you.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been prepared for shipment, provided that the cancellation request is made within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. A full reimbursement of your payment will be issued, along with an email confirming the refund. Please note that orders designated as "Ready to Ship" cannot be canceled as they are dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement.
